Tips & quirks

• ✓Some commands take 20-30 seconds to take effect — that's how long it takes Zeekr's servers to talk to your car. It's not a bug. The official Zeekr app has the same delay.
• ✓On any page, pull down at the top to force an instant refresh if you don't want to wait.
• ✓When something opens unexpectedly (a door, the frunk, the charge port), the bell icon at the top of the home page turns orange and rings — as long as you've allowed notifications.
• ✓If a button is greyed out and you can't tap it, that's on purpose — it means you can only control that feature from the car itself. Parking Comfort is one example.
• ✓If anything feels stuck or out of date, pull down at the top of the page to force a fresh refresh. Try to avoid force-quitting the app (swipe up from the app switcher) — iOS pauses background updates for apps you force-quit, which quietly freezes your widget until you re-open the app.
• ✓The 3D car shows your car's real state — even your headlights light up in the model when they're on at night.

If the official Zeekr app shows something different

Sometimes Zeekr's official app has access to data that Zeekr doesn't share with other apps (for example, the live Sentry camera feed). MyZeekr can only see what Zeekr's servers share with us — and we're upfront about every gap.

Reporting issues

Go to Settings → Support → Contact support. It opens your email app with our address already filled in.
