Setting up a second Zeekr account

Zeekr allows one signed-in session per account. If MyZeekr shares the account you use in the official Zeekr app, each one keeps signing the other out. The fix is a second Zeekr account, used only by MyZeekr, with your car shared to it.

The Zeekr app is designed for one Zeekr account per install, which is why there's no "register another account" option once you're signed in. To create the second account you either use a second device where the Zeekr app is fresh, or briefly sign out of your primary on this phone. Both paths end the same way.

Path A: you have a second device (recommended)

A second iPhone works, an old spare phone works, and an iPad works too. Just download the official Zeekr app on it.

   On the second device, install the official Zeekr app and register a brand-new account using a fresh email (different from your primary Zeekr email).

   Back on your primary phone, still signed into your primary account: Vehicle → Vehicle and Security → Share Vehicle → Create Sharing, then enter the new email. You can revoke access from that same page any time.

   On the second device, accept the shared vehicle invite.

   Come back to MyZeekr and sign in with the secondary email and password.

Path B: you only have one device

Same result, but you'll log in and out of the Zeekr app a few times. Before you log out, write down your primary Zeekr email and password somewhere safe.

   Log out of the Zeekr app.

   On the sign-in screen, tap Create account and register a new account with a fresh email and password.

   Log out of the new account, and log back in with your primary.

   Vehicle → Vehicle and Security → Share Vehicle → Create Sharing, then enter the secondary email.

   Log out of the primary, sign in with the secondary, and accept the shared vehicle invite.

   Come back to MyZeekr and sign in with the secondary email and password.

About confirmation codes

When registering the new account, the Zeekr app emails its own confirmation code, entered in the Zeekr app's registration screen. That is separate from MyZeekr's own verification email, whose code goes into the "Check your email" banner at the top of MyZeekr's home screen.

End result: the secondary Zeekr account has driving rights on your 7X, and MyZeekr talks to the car through it. Your primary Zeekr login stays entirely with Zeekr.
