MyZeekr Terms of Use

By creating a MyZeekr account or using the MyZeekr iOS app — including MyZeekr Self-Host — (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyZeekr is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding Limited or any of its affiliates. MyZeekr connects to Zeekr's cloud services on your behalf using credentials you provide.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the legal owner or authorized operator of the Zeekr vehicle you connect, and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

2. Your account & credentials

• You are responsible for keeping your MyZeekr password and the linked Zeekr account credentials confidential.
• You agree to use a secondary Zeekr account (created separately at zeekr.com) rather than your primary owner account, so that signing in via MyZeekr does not invalidate the official Zeekr app's session.
• You agree not to use the Service to access any vehicle you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to operate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including in violation of Zeekr's own terms of service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the backend, other users' accounts, or any non-public area of the Service.
• Use the Live Camera feature for anything other than viewing your own vehicle and its immediate surroundings. Do not use it to unlawfully record, monitor, or harass any person, and comply with all applicable privacy and surveillance laws where you are.
• Display content on your vehicle's exterior lights (for example through Stargate Studio) that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or harassing, or that impersonates an emergency, police, or official vehicle or misleads other road users. Whatever you display is your responsibility; set decorative displays only while parked and ensure your use is legal where you drive. We may filter certain words and may modify or withdraw these features at any time.

4. Vehicle commands and safety

Vehicle command delivery depends on Zeekr's cloud, your vehicle's cellular connection, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that any command will reach the vehicle or be executed within any specific timeframe.

Lock Sounds and your USB drive

Lock Sounds writes audio files to a USB drive plugged into your vehicle, using a companion app running on your car’s screen. It writes only into a folder named “Lock Status Tones” and only removes files it placed there itself, tracked in its own manifest.

You are responsible for the sounds you add. Do not use audio you have no right to use, and do not use sounds that imitate an emergency vehicle, a siren, or an official warning, or that would be unlawful where you drive. Which sound your vehicle plays, and whether it plays one at all, is controlled by your vehicle’s own settings, not by us.

5. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Vehicle telemetry shown in MyZeekr is cached and may be stale; it is not a real-time safety system.

Live Camerais a beta feature offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It relies on a companion app running on your car's screen and on our relay, works only while your car is locked with Sentry active, and may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed at any time. It is not a security, surveillance, or emergency monitoring system.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER MYZEEKR NOR ITS DEVELOPERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Paid MyZeekr subscriptions are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. Pricing, features, and trial eligibility may change with notice. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the in-app subscription screen; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. If any feature is ever offered through Apple's In-App Purchase instead, Apple's terms govern that purchase.

9. MyZeekr Self-Host

MyZeekr Self-Host is a separate app flavour that connects to a backend server you operate yourself. These Terms apply to it in full, with the following additions:

• Server code licence. The downloadable server code is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to run it on infrastructure you control, for your own vehicle(s). You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, offer it (or a hosted version of it) to others as a service, or remove or circumvent its licence checks.
• Your server, your responsibility. You operate the backend: its security, availability, updates, and backups are yours. We never have access to your server or the data on it, and cannot recover, export, or delete it for you.
• Licence and trial. Paid use requires a licence key bound to one device at a time; the app periodically verifies it with our licence server and locks if your subscription lapses. New devices receive a one-time 30-day free trial. The app locking never affects your server or your data.
• Billing.Self-Host subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Manage or cancel from the app's subscription screen; cancelling stops future charges and the app stays unlocked until your current licence lease expires.
• Updates and support. While subscribed, you receive app updates via TestFlight and server-code updates via the built-in updater, on a reasonable-efforts basis — the underlying Zeekr interfaces may change without notice (sections 5–7 apply).

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Account screen or the initial profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or place excessive load on the backend.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date, and registered accounts will be notified by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
