MyZeekr Terms of Use

By creating a MyZeekr account or using the MyZeekr iOS app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyZeekr is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding Limited or any of its affiliates. MyZeekr connects to Zeekr's cloud services on your behalf using credentials you provide.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the legal owner or authorized operator of the Zeekr vehicle you connect, and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

2. Your account & credentials

• You are responsible for keeping your MyZeekr password and the linked Zeekr account credentials confidential.
• You agree to use a secondary Zeekr account (created separately at zeekr.com) rather than your primary owner account, so that signing in via MyZeekr does not invalidate the official Zeekr app's session.
• You agree not to use the Service to access any vehicle you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to operate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including in violation of Zeekr's own terms of service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the backend, other users' accounts, or any non-public area of the Service.

4. Vehicle commands and safety

Vehicle command delivery depends on Zeekr's cloud, your vehicle's cellular connection, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that any command will reach the vehicle or be executed within any specific timeframe.

5. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Vehicle telemetry shown in MyZeekr is cached and may be stale; it is not a real-time safety system.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER MYZEEKR NOR ITS DEVELOPERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Some MyZeekr features may be offered as paid subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase. Billing, renewal, and refunds are governed by Apple's Standard EULA and the App Store's terms; we cannot directly refund App Store purchases. Subscription pricing, features, and trial eligibility may change with notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Account screen or the initial profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or place excessive load on the backend.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date, and registered accounts will be notified by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
