Every build,
and what it added.
MyZeekr began on 10 May 2026 with one idea: a 3D car that follows the exact specification of the car you own.
Not a stock photo, and not a generic Zeekr. The 3D car in the app is built to your specification, in your paint and on your wheels. And it reacts to what your car is really doing. A window down is down on screen. A door open shows you which one. The charge port open is open.
Everything after that came the same way. An idea, then research to find out whether the car would even allow it, then testing on a real 7X, then a release, then the feedback that came back by email. Here is every build since, and what each one added.
★ marks a feature built from the ground up. Some of the ideas were ours and plenty came from drivers. Either way, the research and the testing on a real 7X happened here.
- Build 1built 10 May 2026, uploaded 8 June 2026
★Where it started: the 3D car
- The idea was to stop showing a stock photo of a Zeekr and show yours instead. The exact specification you bought, in your paint, on your wheels.
- And to make it honest. The car on screen reacts to the car on your driveway. A window down is down. An open door shows you which one. The charge port open is open. You can see the state of your car at a glance instead of reading a list.
- Finished on 10 May 2026. It sat on our own phones for four weeks before anyone else saw it, and went up to Apple at 11:06 in the morning on 8 June.
- Build 38 June 2026
First release to people outside our own phones
- Sign up, 30 day trial, no card.
- Battery, location, climate and charging controls.
- Alerts while charging.
- Build 48 June 2026
Faster, and fixes
- Driving or parked, and which gear, now update within 3 seconds instead of up to 15.
- The address on the home page used to freeze while the car moved.
- The large widget said "Parked" even while driving.
- Build 59 June 2026
★New: real road routes on your tripsfrom your feedback
- Trip detail traces the actual streets you drove, turn by turn.
Fixes
- The charger map stopped snapping back every few seconds, so pinch and pan work properly.
- Build 612 June 2026
★New: MyZeekr on Apple Watchfrom your feedback
- Included for everyone at no extra cost. Sign in on the phone and the watch just works.
- Three pages, switched with the Digital Crown.
- Build 714 June 2026
Longer trial, lower price
- The free trial went from 7 days to 30, and the price from RM30 to RM10 a month. Anyone already on the short trial had it extended for free, without asking.
- Build 820 June 2026
★New: Automations
- The car starts doing things by itself. Three rules you can switch on: Auto Sentry, Cabin Overheat Protection, and Auto Close Sunshade.
Also added
- Every screen shows when a command is still in progress, so you are not left wondering.
- A more accurate outside temperature.
- Build 929 June 2026
Improved: location
- The pin follows your car even when its GPS signal dips. If the car is unsure of itself you see "Position may be outdated", so you know whether to trust it.
- On opening it says "Locating your car" rather than showing a made up position for a moment.
- If journey logging is switched off in your car, Trips now tells you, and tells you exactly where to switch it on.
- Builds 10 and 1130 June 2026
★New: menu drawer
- A proper menu on the Home page.
Also
- We found the trunk cannot be closed remotely by any app, including the official one. So we stopped offering a button that could never work.
- Build 122 July 2026
★New: Lock Screen widgetsfrom your feedback
- Your car's battery on the Lock Screen.
★New: choose which alerts you wantfrom your feedback
- Notifications grouped by kind, so you keep what matters and silence the rest.
Also
- A rebuilt Apple Watch app.
- Builds 14 to 169 and 10 July 2026
★New: live car status on your Home Screen widget
- Battery, charging state and lock status, on the Home Screen.
Fixesfrom your feedback
- Trip detail drew the route twice, and the energy figure for each drive was wrong. A driver reported both, and both are fixed.
- Tapping a widget button used to do nothing at all.
- The charge port button now shows the real state of the port.
- Charging colours now mean the same thing everywhere: widget, watch and app.
- Build 1711 July 2026
Improved: widgetsfrom your feedback
- Your Home Screen widget now stays current even when the app is fully closed and swiped away.
- Build 1822 July 2026
★New: Charging Stats
- Track the energy and the money going into your car over time, instead of one charge at a time.
- Set your own electricity rate so the cost is yours, not an average.
- Build 1928 July 2026
★New: MyZeekr on CarPlay
- Four tabs on your car's screen: Chargers, Saved, Filter and Stats, with one tap to navigate.
★New: Battery Health
- An estimate of your battery's condition, with a card you can share.
★New: live charger availability
- See which public chargers are free right now, sort by availability, and save the ones you use often.
- Build 203 August 2026
★New: Trip Insights
- Your best drives, how far you have come and what you have saved, with a card you can share.
- Your actual car, in your paint and your wheels, sits at the top of it.
★New: Apple Watch face complications
- Your battery on the watch face itself, in all four shapes watchOS offers.
- Build 2210 August 2026
★New: it tells you the truth when it cannot reach your car
- Before, old information could sit on screen looking current. Now the app says plainly that it is out of touch with the car.
Fixes
- The rear right door was drawn on the wrong side of the 3D car.
- Build 2311 August 2026
Fixes
- The Apple Watch app sometimes decided it was offline when it was not, and refused to do anything.
- The Climate page artwork sat in a visible rectangle instead of blending into the page.
- Build 2417 August 2026
★New: Live Camera
- Your 7X has 360 degree cameras. Nothing lets you look through them from your phone, so we built an app for the car screen that sends the picture to you.
★New: Dark modefrom your feedback
- The whole app in a dark theme.
Also
- Sentry wake now switches itself off after fifteen minutes instead of staying armed.
- Build 2522 August 2026
★New: per-minute charger pricingfrom your feedback
- Chargers that bill by the minute rather than by energy are now costed correctly.
Also added
- Tap any charge to see exactly what happened during that session.
- Give a public charger your own name and it sticks to that spot for next time.
- Build 2613 September 2026
★New: Stargate Studiofrom your feedback
- Performance cars have a light bar across the front. Nobody offered a way to control it, so we worked out how. Put your own words or a picture on it.
Also added
- Drag the Home menu into whatever order suits you.
- Live Camera leaves beta.
- Build 2716 September 2026
★New: Scheduled Preconditionfrom your feedback
- Tell it what time you leave and on which days. The air conditioning starts fifteen minutes before, by itself.
- The fourth automation, after the three in Build 8.
- Build 2817 September 2026
★New: link your car by QR code
- Scan a code on the car screen instead of typing a 32 character key.
Alsofrom your feedback
- The app is quick again. The update before this one made it slow to open and slow to tap. It was our own fault, a display check running over and over in the background. A driver told us, and we took it out.
- Build 2920 September 2026
★New: Lock Soundsfrom your feedback
- Pick any sound on your phone and your car uses it as its lock and unlock chirp. No computer, no formatting a USB stick.
- There was no way to do this. We wrote an app for the car's own screen that puts the file on the USB stick already in your car, and we convert your audio to the exact format the car accepts.
- 239 community sounds built in, so you can listen before you choose.
Also added
- Extras now opens on every 7X, not just AWD Performance.
- Seven new light bar designs: Dino Run, Pac-Man, Palms & Sun, Paw Prints, Lightning, Skyline, Chequered Flag.
- On 18 September Zeekr stopped sharing journey logs with shared accounts. We rebuilt trips ourselves the next day, so your history keeps building and moves with you to a new phone.
Thank you.
To our 134 drivers, and counting.
Every one of you has shaped this app. The trip detail that drew the route twice, the widget buttons that did nothing, the Apple Watch that thought it was offline, the update that made the app slow. You found those and you wrote in, and they were fixed in days rather than quarters. Several features on this page started the same way, as an email asking whether the car could do something nobody had tried yet. Often it could.
Keep telling us what is missing or broken. support+myzeekr@appventureai.com reaches a person, not a form.
